Villa Mosa Claire
The villa consists of two floors and has an enclosed garden of 425 m2 with a private swimming-pool and four lounge-chairs. Near the pool is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. Further a barbecue is present. The villa is furnished with two bedrooms (1x2p with a large balcony, 2x1p) and a good sofa bed which sleeps up to 4-6 persons. Furthermore a baby cot is available. The villa is equipped with air conditioning or heating (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters. The swimming-pool will be maintained weekly (a.o. cleaning).
The villa is spacious with a separate area for living room and dining room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa bed, 3 person sofa and 2 armchairs and TV with satellite. THE KITCHEN The kitchen is well and fully-equipped with a.o. a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezing compartment. Furthermore a washing-machine is available.
The bathroom is situated on the upper floor and is equipped with a washbasin,
bath, toilet and bidet.
