The villa Carlotta Rosa (sleeps upto 8) is situated in the urbanisation Camposol in Mazarron. The 3 bed villa has two bathrooms, a private pool and a roof terrace with panoramic mountain views. Garden furniture, 4 sun loungers and a barbeque are available.
The roomy villa (sleeps 6-8) has a cosy living room with satellite television. Next to this living room the villas has 2 receptions, one with pull out double sofa bed (see photo above), and one being a sun lounge.
The kitchen is fully equipped with among others a hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezing compartment and washing machine.

Furthermore there is a 2nd bathroom with shower.

SITUATION
This villa is situated in the urbanisation Camposol Golf at Mazarron. In the surrounding area there are a lot of opportunities for walking, cycling, playing tennis and golf. The nearest 18 holes golfcourse, with restaurant and bar, is situated within 500 meters of the villa. Shoppingfacilities are on a five minutes drive from the villa. Here you will find around a square many shops, restaurants and bars.
Mazarron is situated only 10 kilometres inland of the pleasant coastal village Puerto de Mazarron. Here you will find a beautiful promenade with many palms and several quiet sandy, pebble and private beaches. Further there are many opportunities for watersports like swimming, snorkeling, scubadiving, windsurfing, jet-skiing and sailing.
The distance from Alicante airport amounts to 115 kilometres which is a 75 minutes drive.
