New resort close to the Mar Menor with several villas of the type Ciervo. These villas have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, everything on the ground floor (some villas are suitable for the disabled). The villas are luxury furnished where possible in the Spanish style. The bedrooms are equipped with airconditioning and central heating for the chilly winternights.
All villas have a private pool (some villas have a heated pool, surcharge € 25/wk), a roof terrace and a covered terrace on the ground floor. An electrical grill is available for barbecueing.
The living is luxury furnished with a satellite TV, DVD-player and hifi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with among others a dishwasher.
The villa has two bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath, toilet and washbasin. The other bedroom has two single beds and a showerroom with washbasin.
