Situation: Algorfa near Almoradi
The luxury villa La Finca is situated on a hill in a small urbanisation near the village Algorfa. As of the villa there is a unobstructed view on the garden with private pool and the surroundings with orange orchards. 
The villa has two floors and is very roomy with 2 living / dining rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, scullery, garage and large balconies on both floors. The villa is equipped with 6 airconditioning units (both living rooms & all bedrooms), alarm system and safe. The large walled garden (surface 1.000 m2) opens up many possibilities to enjoy the sun near the large pool. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue are available. 
On every floor you will find a living / dining room. Please find above photos of the living and dining room of the first floor. This living room has a fire place, satellite TV and hifi. For the very little there are a highchair and cot available. The kitchen and scullery are both on the first floor. These are fully equipped with a hot plate, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

Situation The villa is situated in a small urbanisation near the village Algorfa, 40 km south of Alicate.
At the entrance of the urbanisation you will find a tennis club with restaurant. Opposite the villa is situated a large new golf course named "La Finca". For shopping you can go to Algorfa but the larger village Almoradi (3 km) has more to offer. The nearest city is Torrevieja where you will find all possible shops and stores. The area offers several possibilities for beach visits. Particularly Guardamar del Segura (14 km) offers beautiful wide sandy beaches with dunes and nature. Often these beaches are accessible by car up until 100 meters. The beaches of Guardamar and especially the beaches of Torrevieja and Alicante offer more facilities and are therefor well-attended.
