Spain villa "Richa Majestic"
This detached spain villa "Richa Majestic" lies with a number of other villas around a pleasant courtyard with beautiful garden and large common pool (approx. 100mtr2). The villa is furnished with two bedrooms (1x2p, 2x1p) and two sofa beds which suits for 4-6 persons. The villa is equipped with airconditioning/heating and all around rolling-shutters.
The courtyard with pool and garden are being maintained weekly (cleaning pool in high season: 3x/wk). For the little one's there is a paddling pool present. On the terrace near the villa are garden furniture and sun loungers available.
The living room is "spanish" furnished with two sofa beds. A television is present. Both the living and dining room are spacious. 
Dining table with 4 chairs and sideboard completely fit in with the style of the living room. 
The kitchen is luxury and fully-equipped with among others a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment and washing machine. Further the standard household appliances such as coffee machine and toaster are present.
The bathroom, located on the upper floor (see photograph), is equipped with a bath, shower, two washbasins, toilet and bidet. Furthermore there is a lavatory with washbasin on the ground floor. 
Picture of the cosy furnished bedroom with double bed. From this bedroom you can enter the large balcony which is situated at the back of the villa. The other bedroom is equipped with two single beds.
