This luxury detached self catering villa consisting of two floors is situated in a large common garden with swimming-pool and terrace. Both the garden and the large pool (10 x 10 mtr), which is equipped with a shallow part for the children, are being shared with five other villas. The villa is furnished with two bedrooms (1x2p, 2x1p) and a sofa bed which suits for 4-6 persons. The villa is equipped with heating for the cold months and all around rolling-shutters.
Both the swimming-pool and the garden are being maintained weekly (cleaning during high season: 3x/wk).
Near the pool is plenty of space to relax and sunbathe, garden furniture with parasol and 2 sun loungers are present.
The living room is well and comfortable furnished with a.o. a sofa bed (2p), 2 armchairs, stereo installation and a television. 
The dinette: table with four chairs and sideboard. The kitchen of this self catering villa is fully-equipped with a.o. a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment, washing machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom, located on the upper floor, is equipped with a bath, shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Furthermore there is a lavatory with washbasin on the ground floor.
