The mentioned rental rates are inclusive of:
• personal receipt with explanation about the villa/area
• servicepackage: made up beds at arrival, linen/towels, final cleaning; change of linen/towels € 15,00 per person.
• energy costs (water en electricity)
• tourist tax
• insurance villa/furniture
• use and maintenance pool
• use of airconditioning (can be used as heating during winter period)
For adminstration costs € 15,00 per reservation will be charged.
A number of villa's are equipped with a telephone and/or internet connection. If these services are desired, the additional costs amounts to:
• telephone: € 5,00 per week + costs of calls
• internet (cable): € 25,00 per week (should be explicitely mentioned at reservation)
The rent should be paid as follows:
• advance payment of 25% of the total rent (at least € 300) at reservation;
• remainder + € 300 inventory deposit payable at least 6 weeks prior to date of arrival;
• the inventory deposit will be refunded after the rental period if it turns out that everything is in order;
Option for Mosa Golf: Renters of one of the villa's on Mosa Trajectum will have the opportunity to rent a golf userright. This userright entitles renters to a 60% discount on the greenfee of Mosa Golf for a maximum of 4 persons (standard greenfee € 80,00 per person per round 18 holes). The cost per week for this userright amounts to € 75,00 per golfplayer per week with at most € 250,00 for 4 players.
