and only 150mtrs from the beach in the village Guardamar.
You can fully enjoy the spanish outdoor life on the roof terrace
or in the garden. Garden furniture, a parasol and a baarbecue are

to the house.
In the neighbourhood of the villa you will find several shops, bars,
restaurants and supermarkets.
During the summer months every evening a market will be held on
the boulevard in Guardamar.
The living is comfortably furnished with a large bench, satellite
tv and hifi-system. The dining has a table with 10 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hot plate, an oven, a microwave,
a fridge with freezing department, a dishwasher, a washing machine,
a coffee maker and a water cooker.

The area
The villa is situated close to the beach (approx. 150m). There are
many large sand beaches (in total 15 km). Without exception, all these
beaches has the blue flag.
There are many touristic attractions in Guardamar like the beautiful
park Reina Sofia (see the picture), several ruins of Moorish mosques
from the 10th century, ruins of a castle from the 12th and 18th century
and several museums. You can make excursions to the salt lakes of
La Mata and Campo de Guardamar where you will find many opportunities
for walking.
Nice villages like Elche and Torrevieja are located near Guardamar.
The distance from the villa to the international airport of Alicante
is only 25 km.
