Holiday villa Mazarron "Calida"
This new holiday villa Mazarron "Calida" is nicely and quietly situated on the outskirts of an urbanisation in Mazarron. The villa has a large garden with much privacy, a large pool and several terraces in spanish style. Garden furniture, lounge-chairs and a barbecue are available. Further the villa has a large roof terrace which is accessible from covered terrace in front of the villa. 
From the garden you will have an unobstructed view on the mountains and you can enjoy the lovely summer evenings with the beautiful sunset. Both the swimming-pool with roman stairs and the garden are being maintained weekly (a.o. cleaning).
The livingroom is cosy furnished with among others a sofa with belonging armchairs, an open fireplace and television. This television is connected on a dish antenna through which many foreign channels can be received.
The kitchen is fully fitted with among others a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezing compartment and washing machine. The villa has two bathrooms. One is equipped with a bath, two washbasins and a toilet. The other one is equipped with a shower, wash basin and toilet.
SITUATION This holiday villa Mazarron "Calida" is situated at the outskirts of the urbanisation Camposol Golf at Mazarron with an unobstructed view on the mountains. In the surrounding area there are a lot of opportunities for walking, cycling, playing tennis and golf. The nearest 18 holes golfcourse, with restaurant and bar, is situated within 500 meters of the villa. Shoppingfacilities are on a five minutes drive from the villa. Here you will find around a square many shops, restaurants and bars. Mazarron is situated only 10 kilometres inland of the pleasant coastal village Puerto de Mazarron. Here you will find a beautiful promenade with many palms and several quiet sandy, pebble and private beaches. Further there are many opportunities for watersports like swimming, snorkeling, scubadiving, windsurfing, jet-skiing and sailing. The distance from Alicante airport amounts to 115 kilometres which is a 75 minutes drive.
