On the ground floor there is a garage which is with two sofabeds suitable as bedroom for two kids.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms which are both furnished with two boxsprings and built-in wardrobes. The luxury bathroom has a shower, toilet and two washbasins.
The villa has two terraces. A large one at the back of the villa which is partly covered and which guarantees some shadow during the hot sunny summer days. Further a terrace at the front of the villa where you can enjoy the sun during the winter months. On each terrace you will find teak garden furniture (table + 4 chairs) and near the pool 4 teak sunloungers. The garden is beautiful laid out with several olive, orange and lemon trees.
