Luxury 3 bed villa having an enclosed garden with large private swimming pool (8x4 mtrs) and terrace situated first line golf to Mosa's Championship Course. On the terrace there is plenty of space to relax and to sunbathe. Garden furniture (table with six chairs), 6 sunloungers and a small barbecue are available for enjoying outdoor life and the magnificent views over the golfcourse.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (2 units) and all around rolling-shutters.
The swimming-pool is being cleaned on a weekly basis.
The living room is furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a three-seater sofa and dining table with 6 chairs. A CD player, DVD player and satellite TV are available. Patio doors lead out to the terrace, garden and swimming pool.
The large kitchennette is well and fully-equipped with a.o. ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
Furthermore a coffee machine and toaster are present.
The holiday house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms: - on the ground floor one bedroom with en-suite facilities and a seperate toilet; - on the first floor two bedrooms and one bathroom (bath, toilet, bidet and washbasin; see below photo).
