Luxury cottage situated next to the villa Palmeran in quiet surroundings, on a fully walled private lot of 5000 m2 with fruiters on only a few kilometres from the sea. At the front of the domain there is a large garden with drive and at the back a magnificient view on mountains which are part of a nature reserve. Shortly a place to enjoy optimal of your holiday and settle down fully.
This cottage has one bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps at most 4. By renting this cottage you can use all the facilities on the domain like among others the private heated pool. Due to this heated pool the cottage is very suitable for long term rentals during winterperiod. During the highseason it is only possible to rent this cottage in combination with the villa.
There is a garage and furthermore a carport so you can always park your car covered.
As mentioned above the domain has a large heated pool (5x10mtr) and further a small pool for the kids with all around a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. At the pool there is a shower and a seperate toilet. On the terrace there are several teak garden furniture available.
And to enjoy fully of the outdoor life there is an outside kitchen with large barbeque available.
In the garden there is a playground for the children.
Interior of the cottage
The cottage has a living with a sofabed (2 persons), sattelite television and a hifi/CD. Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, micro wave/oven, fridge with freezing compartment, washing machine and coffeemaker. The bedroom part has a double bad and wall units. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Airconditioning and heating are available for the hot summerdays and cold winternights respectively.
Situation
The cottage is situated quietly in the country on a few kilometres from the Mar Menor which is a real eldorado for the water-sportsmen. Here all kinds of water sport can be practised such as sailing, surfing, diving.
At the backside of the domain there is a nature reserve (mountains) where people can walk, cycle (bicycles/mountainbikes are available for free) or ride.
The villa is situated on only 8 kilometres from the beautiful city Cartagena. This is an old restored seaport with nice boulevards, many terraces and city centre with many shops.
There are many other activities to do in the surroundings like playing golf, karting etc.
The distance to the nearest supermarket is about 1,5 km.
The distance to the airport Murcia/San Javier is only 25 km (20 min. by car) and to the airport Alicante about 100 kilometres or a one hour drive.
