The townhouses have three bedrooms (1 bedroom 1x2p, 2 bedrooms 2x1p) and two bathrooms (1 bathroom with a bubble bath, sink, toilet and bidet; 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet). From the living you can enter the balcony where you will find sunloungers, a parasol and a barbeque. On the second floor there is a large roof terrace with garden furniture.
Apartments (approx. 80m2) The apartments (fully airconditioned, sleeps 4) are situated on the groundfloor, they have a living with a bench, armchair, tv and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a granite worktop, ceramic cooking ring, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezing compartment, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Furthermore a coffee maker, toaster and juice extractor. General Both the townhouses, apartments and studios do have a parking place in an underground car park.
The shared pools are being maintained at least once a week (a.o. cleaning).
