Apartment Mar Menor
Apartment Mar Menor is part of a newly-built apartment complex. This complex is first in line to the Playa Honda wide sandy beach which stretches towards La Manga and approximately 5 minutes drive to the famous La Manga Club golf course. In this complex we rent several two bedroom apartments.
The apartments are well equipped with air-conditioning and furnished to a high standard. They comprises a lounge/diner with sofa bed, one or two bedrooms, a bathroom and fitted kitchen. There is a good sized sunbathing terrace with fabulous views overlooking the Oriental themed swimming pool, relaxation areas and the sea (Mar Menor).
The lounge/dining room is open plan, comfortably furnished including a double sofa bed and dining table with chairs. There is warm/cool air conditioning, video door entry system and TV entertainment. Sliding doors open onto the good size terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a ceramic hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, extractor fan, toaster and kettle. Cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils are amply provided.
The main bedroom has two single beds made up as a double bed or can be made as singles, 2 bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and this bedroom also has warm/cool air conditioning. The 2 bedroom appartment Mar Menor has furthermore a twin bedroom with two single beds, a bedside cabinet and fitted wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a WC, bidet, illuminated vanity unit, wash basin, bath and shower with glass shower screen.

But the furniture of the several apartments can differ from the furniture shown on the above photos. The complex has secure underground car parking and next to the stair access easy access lifts.
The holiday complex offers an open air swimming pool with garden and relaxation area, heated indoor pool, gym and children’s play area, and is in easy walking distance of a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. It offers nearby activities that include water sports, golf, go-karting, horse riding and tennis. 
The region is served by good road network so it is ideally situated for touring the region’s historic sites and cities like Cartagena, Murcia and Alicante. Within a stone's throw you will find Cabo de Palos which is a typical Murcian village with less than 1000 inhabitants. It is a sleepy coastal village, its history is one of a fishing community and is still relatively reliant on the sea today with most resident families having connections with the industry; seafood here is top class. As an established community, there is a good selection of shops, restaurants already in place. These are local village shops, those looking for more variety will find them in La Manga or Cartagena. The village still remains unspoiled by tourism even though there is increased interest, having retained much of its inherent culture and atmosphere. There are many fiestas (festivals) throughout the Cabo de Palos calendar, some of which are a real spectacle and well worth a look. The cuisine is a major bonus with affordable good food available in the town's restaurants and tapas bars. For your shopping, you will find in Cabo de Palos two good supermarkets ("Mercadona" and "Upper").
