The apartment Puerto Pinar is situated close to the sea (200-300m) and is separated from the quiet village Guardamar by a protected nature reserve with pines and the foothills of dunes.
This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is situated on the 1st floor (elevator available). The apartmentbuilding has a large common pool with a shallow part for the kids, midget golf and a badminton ground. Further there is a playground for the kids and a parking garage for your car.
Within walking distance you will find several shops, bars, restaurants and an internet cafe. Furthermore banks, drugstores and supermarkets (Lidl & Mercadona).
In the highseason every evening a cosy market is held on the promenade.
The livingroom is comfortable furnished with a two-seater and three-seater sofa, satellite TV, hifi and DVD player. A dining table + 6 chairs. Sliding doors lead out to the balcony with garden furniture and from which you will have a beautiful view on the poolarea and the dunes.

The beach is situated within walking distance from the apartment (about 200-300m). There are many delightful wide sandy beaches (in total about 10 miles). Without exeption, all these beaches have a so-called "blue flag".
There are many touristic attractions in Guardamar like the beautiful park Reina Sofia (see picture), several ruins of 10th-century Moorish mosques, ruins from a castle from the 12th & 18th century and several museums. You can make excurisions to the saltlakes of La Mata and Campo de Guardamar where you will find many opportunities for walking.
Nice villages like Elche and Torrevieja are situated in the vicinity of Guardamar.
The distance from the apartment to Alicante International airport is ony 15 miles. Shortly an ideal location when you are looking for an apartment Costa Blanca.
