The new Mar Menor Golf Resort, built by Polaris World, is siutated between the villages Torre Pacheco and Los Alcazares on a few kilometres from the Mar Menor, the largest natural "pool" of the world. This Mar Menor has a surface of about 170km2 and a coastline of more than 70km with many lovely villages like San Pedro del Pinatar, Los Alcazares, Islas Menores and Playa Honda.
The shallow water in combination with the innersea nature result in a comfortable water temperature which is about 4 degrees warmer than the Mediterranean.
