At the front the villa has a large garden with drive and at the back a magnificient view on mountains which are part of a nature reserve. This villa has four bedrooms which sleeps 9. However there is a possibility to rent an additional cottage (sleeps 4) on the same lot. So in total you can stay with 13 people and make use of all facilities. In case you do not rent the cottage, it will not be rented to others in order to guarantee your privacy.
There is a garage and furthermore a carport for at least five cars available.
The villa has a large heated pool (5x10mtr) + small pool for the kids with all around a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. At the pool there is a shower and a seperate toilet. On the terrace there are several teak garden furniture available.
And to enjoy fully of the outdoor life there is an outside kitchen with large barbeque available.
In the garden there is a playground for the children.
Interior of the villa
The living is furnished tastfully with among others several benches. Plasma television with satellite connection, DVD-player and a hifi/CD are available. Internet connection available (free, you only have to bring your own notebook).
The living and dining room are spacious.
The kitchen is fully furnished with gas cooker, oven, micro wave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Recently the villa has been expanded with a magnificent patio from which you have a beautiful view on the pool and garden. This patio is furnished tastfully as well with among others a fire place which is very comfortable during the cold days in wintertime.
The villa has four bedrooms: 1 bedroom with double bed + additional single bed (for child), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with each two single beds. Shortly in total 9 places to sleep.
There are two bathrooms and one showerroom available: one bathroom with jacuzzi on the ground floor and one bathroom with bath + showerroom with luxury shower on the first floor. On the first floor there is entrance to a large balcony as well.
Situation
The villa is situated quietly in the country on a few kilometres from the Mar Menor which is a real eldorado for the water-sportsmen. Here all kinds of water sport can be practised such as sailing, surfing, diving.
At the backside of the villa there is a nature reserve (mountains) where people can walk, cycle (bicycles/mountainbikes are available for free) or ride.
The villa is situated on only 8 kilometres from the beautiful city Cartagena. This is an old restored seaport with nice boulevards, many terraces and city centre with many shops.
There are many other activities to do in the surroundings like playing golf, karting etc.
The distance to the nearest supermarket is about 1,5 km.
The distance to the airport Murcia/San Javier is only 25 km (20 min. by car) and to the airport Alicante about 100 kilometres or a one hour drive.
